When under a lot of construction and renovation, a site tends to produce a lot of rubble. The Mead Cultural Education Center was very pleased to recently receive this dump truck from a local family. This will make it much easier on our crew to haul away damaged material when it is replaced. The very thick concrete walls and supports created a good deal of discarded material when the new ventilation for heating and cooling was installed, and this truck will make the removal process as quick as possible. If you have questions about the project or events please contact the Dakota Territorial Museum at 610 Summit Street (in Westside Park), on Facebook, visit our website at www.dakotaterritorialmuseum.org or www.meadbuilding.org, or call us at 605-665-3898. We are open 10am-5pm Monday through Friday and from noon-4pm on weekends.
