Can you brave the night inside a haunted historic museum?

 

Join us for a chilling Haunted Overnight Experience inside Yankton’s historic 1909 Mead Building—but be warned: once the doors close, you’ll be venturing into places the public is rarely allowed to see.

 

Originally built as patient housing for women as part of the operations of the Yankton State Hospital, the Mead Building holds more than a century of history…and perhaps a few spirits who never left.

 

As the night unfolds, you’ll experience:

Phantasm Paranormal Investigative Team, professional paranormal investigators who will be on hand to help uncover what—or who—may still be lingering within the building.

Explore hidden and off-limits areas of the historic Mead Building after dark.

A Cemetery Tour

Spooky Stories from Museum Staff — Hear chilling tales, strange encounters, and stories from the building’s haunted past.

and more!

 

And when the night finally comes to an end, you’ll be treated to late-night snacks and a morning breakfast before you leave.

 

Tickets: $50 per person

 

Participants must be 16 years of age or older. No discounts will be offered.

 

The lights will go out. The doors will close. And the spirits may come out to play.
