State Hospital Patient Records:
The Mead Museum does not have access to historic patient records for the Dakota Hospital for the Insane nor the Yankton State Hospital. If you are doing family genealogy and wish to acquire patient or cemetery records contact South Dakota Human Services Center Medical Records.
