One of two new furnaces has been installed in the first floor parlor rooms by Larry’s Heating & Cooling. The goal this winter is to keep the parlors and main entry warm enough to perform plaster restoration and painting. The onsite crew is still hoping for a milder winter than last year but continue with exterior work for as long as the weather will hold out.
