Everyone at the Mead Cultural Education Center would like to say thank you to everyone that came out this past weekend. It was a great grand re-opening and Vintage Christmas. We saw old friends and welcomed new friends to the museum and the facility. Thank you to all the workers, volunteers, board members, committee members, and supporters over the past several years. We are fortunate to call Yankton the home of the Dakota Territorial Museum and Mead Cultural Education Center. Our new winter hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm (closed Wednesdays) and Saturday & Sunday 1pm-5pm. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
