Almost Ready For The Heat

With the recent chilly temps, the workers at the Mead Cultural Education Center were very pleased when Krohmer Plumbing was on-site recently. The guys from Krohmer did the finishing touches and got the pipes hooked to the meter so we now have heat in the building. A big thanks to everyone that had a hand in this project. This was a huge milestone to check off our list before the big move starts this spring. Have you heard the news – we are hosting a New Year’s Eve party! The Mead Masquerade Ball will be the premiere event at the Mead Cultural Education Center. Check it out online or contact the museum for more information – you won’t want to miss this event. We are nearing our $4.7 million goal, so it’s not too late to make your financial contribution - please contact the Dakota Territorial Museum at 610 Summit Street (in Westside Park), on Facebook, visit our website at www.dakotaterritorialmuseum.org or www.meadbuilding.org, or call us at 605-665-3898.
