Where old meets new. Pictured below is a sample of the replacement plaster molding which is still in need of dentil blocks. This area experienced severe water damage which resulted in the failure of the decorative plaster. The new molding is being fabricated on site using a blend of traditional and contemporary plastering techniques. When complete there should be no visible difference between the work done this winter and that done over 100 years ago.
