This weekend is the last full weekend for visitors at the Dakota Territorial Museum. We are really enjoying everyone who is visiting last minute as we prepare to begin moving collections to the Mead Cultural Education Center. We hope everyone will stop in one more time to see the buildings and exhibits before they take their rest for a few months. Our staff at the Mead has been making a lot of progress so the new home of the museum collection will be safe and ready. They have also been working on finishing windows and insulating the office area. We are open 10am-5pm Monday through Friday and from noon-4pm on weekends. Our final day before our temporary closure will be September 30.
