What are the summer hours for the Mead Museum
From May through September, the Mead Museum is open 7 days a week: Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The museum is closed on the 4th of July. And open on Memorial Day and Labor Day Monday.
What are the winter hours for the Mead Museum?
In October- November, January through April, the Mead Museum is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 4:00 PM. Look at specific hours in the Hall of Trees event page to see when the Museum is open. The Hall of Trees begins the day after Thanksgiving and runs through December 31st. It is closed on Christmas Day December 25th.
How much does it cost to go to the Mead Museum?
o Members: freeo Adults (ages 18–64): $10o Seniors (ages 65+): $8o Youth (ages 5–17): $5 (Note: Kids are free during the Hall of Trees with a paid adult)o Children (ages 0–4): Always Free
Do Mead Museum members get free admission?
Yes. All Mead Museum Members receive unlimited free museum admission for a full year, alongside free admission to the annual Hall of Trees and early access to new exhibits.
Does the Mead Museum offer military discounts?
Yes. The Mead Museum provides free admission to active-duty military personnel—including the National Guard and Reserves—and their families Memorial weekend through Labor Day through the Blue Star program.
